After Maou buys the hat for Alas Ramus, Ashiya checks the hat prices to ensure he didn't overspend. Suzuki comments both Maou and Emi are behaving surprisingly mature and wonders if children really do bring people together.
Chiho then asks if Suzuki is there to gawk and confirms that she is, but describes herself as a voyeur instead. Ashiya notes that Chiho and Suzuki are enjoying themselves, with the latter noting he should enjoy himself as well.Īs Emi and Maou walk around, Alas Ramus keeps repeating the names Malkuth, Kether, Gebura and Yesod while Emi herself spaces out and thinks about what Maou said earlier in the hat shop. This doesn't go unnoticed by Maou who asks her about what she's thinking about, though Emi doesn't share her thoughts. Instead, she asks him what he wants and Maou communicates that Alas Ramus wants to see the Shinobi Five show due to her love of colors. Emi notes that the show is expensive and offers to pay for the show herself so that Maou doesn't further deplete his scarce earnings.
